 Randy Pelc's latest wild creation. You may remember Randy's otherheavymetal van: Heavy Metal , that chopped, channeled and wildly modified black mid Chevy that made a grand appearance at the Nats many moons ago. When I first saw this latest project early in 2000 it reminded me of a Pt Panel on steroids with the retro look grill area, the coffin type hood. Rollie and Jewels got a chance to visit with Randy last year, from their reports it is awesome.
